What sizes are your t-shirts?

Check out our sizechart. All our t-shirts are printed on sweatshop free, soft, and form fitting American Apparel. We print on both men's and women's t-shirts because we believe everyone has an equal right to awesomeness.

Is the Torso logo printed on the t-shirts?

Torso has the philosophy that you need to earn the right to have others wear your logo, that and we don't like wearing branded stuff that much ourselves anyway. That's why we do not have our logos printed on our clothes. We are all about great art and design, not about "image". If we do ever have a self promotional t-shirt you can bet it will be awesome though.

How are your designers chosen?

We have a great interest in the print and t-shirt design industries, so we have plenty of people we would love to work with. So far the response from designers we have approached has been very positive. If you would like to recommend an artist to us please email service@torso.com.au. Note that we endeavor to reply to every email but cannot guarantee a response.

Will you reprint an out of stock design?

We prefer to print newer designs than reprint older ones, but if a design is popular enough we will certainly make it available.

What is the deal with your newsletter?

The Torso newsletter informs our friends about newly printed designs, reprints, or other important Torso related matters. We do not spam, we do not send out newsletters for the sake of ranting (though it can be a bonus), and we certainly never give out your precious emails to anyone else!

Do you want to see me wearing your gear?

If you have sweet photos of you wearing our gear then we'd love to see it, and so would our artists! Just send the info through to service@torso.com.au. Please make sure your photos are jpgs and not bmps.

What is Merchline?

Merchline handles all our shipping, ordering and inventory. If you have a problem with shipping, orders, and stuff like that, then you can view the Merchline FAQ. They are good people and have very important and well known clients (including ourselves of course!) so they won't let you down. If you ever have a problem that they can't resolve, let us know and we will work it out. Merchline are located in Florida and that is where your t-shirts will be sent from.

How does the ordering and shipping work?

As stated above, Merchline sort out our ordering and shipping. They ship international and accept a whole bunch of credit cards, paypal, and even money orders. For more information please check out their informative Merchline FAQ.
